Hi my name is Mrunal I am hotel management graduate. Shiva
(Shivani) my wife is software engineer. We are married for three
years now. I work as chef in one of the popular restaurant In
Mumbai. Shiva is working as Sr. Project manager in a reputed
software company. In last few years Shiva’s career has taken high
leaps unfortunately my career has been on stand still. Shiva’s
salary has increased many times (Almost 10times more than her
initial salary) my salary increased by few thousand rupees.
It was last year when Shiva got a project in US where she wanted
to take me along since the project was for two years. I thought
this was great opportunity for me. I left my job and started
preparing for our stay in US. We discontinued our leave license
and were almost ready to migrate to US. Shiva’s visa was just a
formality as her US employers had managed everything at their end
for her. Unfortunately I could not get my Visa. Shiva could not
stay back for me she had to leave as per the schedule. I was in a
mess. I had no place to stay no job to go to. In this difficult
Shiva’s elder sister Vai (Vaibhavi) came to my rescue.
Vai was a CA working as CFO in a reputed financial firm. She was
provided with huge apartment in South Mumbai bJoshiy her company. Vai
took me under her wings and assured Shiva that she need not worry
about me.
It was my first day in Vai’s house. In morning when she was about
to leave for work I asked her permission to rearrange her house ad
cleaning if I may. Vai was shocked and said that I should not
bother but when I insisted she allowed me. Vai also advised me
that I must not over stress myself. I also asked her what she
would like to eat for diner she said she s not finicky about food.
Vai said the she is not so finicky about and anything simple would
be fine.
When Vai left I planned my day I wanted to start from Vai’s room
then my room which was earlier my mother I lows room and
subsequently other rooms. When I entered Vai’s room it was a mess.
I had to put one lode for washing before starting to even clean. I
washed dried and ironed her clothes and arranged them in her
wardrobe. It was very strange that Vai had absolutely no feminine
outfits all she had were shirts and trousers that too branded
ones. Interesting enough the brands was known for their men’s
cloth line. Vai’s shoe rack carried her preference and filled with
men’s shoes. I did not see any article saying that this room
belongs to a woman. Only exception was her undergarments which
were basic and not exciting. By noon I completed arranging Vai’s
room. I decided that I should finish my room before braking for lunch.

I had moved in this apartment with very little baggage just a
medium size suit case. This room had wall to wall ward rob full of
cloths. My mother in low must be crazy about cloths. She has kept
at least 50 high end saris and equal amount of ordinary saris in
this closet. Also her under garments were pretty exciting if
compared with Vai’s. She also had good collection of high hells
and jewelry. There was nothing much for me to do as this room was
hardly used since my mother in low moved back to he native. It was
almost 1PM and I was tired and hungry. I quickly prepared sandwich
for myself and had a glass of orange juice.
Rest of the day went in cleaning the rest of the rooms. It was
almost 6 pm when I finished with the cleaning of the house. I
realized that Vai will be home in an hour.
I prepared the dow for chapatti and made Paneer. I also set cooker
with Rice and Dal. Then I went to take my bath. I could sense that
Vai was home and he was knocking my door. I told her that I was
changing. As soon as I changed and came out I could see in Vai’s
eyes that she was very happy. Vai appreciated my efforts and
thanked me for the same. Vai also commented that I look very
pretty with my heir tied on my head with a towel. I almost melted
with shame. Vai ased me if I care for a drink I normally do not
drink but just to give her company I said yes. I choose white wine
thinking that she might be drinking wine. Vai got me a glass of
white wine and she got herself a scotch on the rocks. It was kind
of funny me in spite of being a man was drinking wine a lady Vai
was having scotch. This contrast continued in our hair styles as
well Vai had very short hair and I had long hair tied in a bun on
my head.
After our drinks we sat for our dinner. I asked Vai to start as I
would be serving her hot chapattis which I will bake. Vai was
really happy and enjoyed her dinner after her dinner I had my
dinner. Vai was in leaving area when I was cleaning the kitchen.
Vai came in and asked me if she should arrange for a maid to help
me. I said no that is not required till I get new job. Jokingly I
said Vai can pay me if she wishes. Vai agreed and offered me
10,000 Rs- for this job. I was shocked even if I would have got
job in restaurant as chef I would not get paid this much. Also I
need not travel and I could work as per my convenience. I accepted
Vai’s offer and this put end to my suffering and job hunt.
Shiva was gone three days and I almost forgot about her. My life
was good actually better. Vai use to cater for all my requirements
she paid me my salary in advance. Only problem was nights. I have
been closet cross dresser for many years. Nights in my mother in
lows room was really a test for me. On one evening Vai told me
about her life. Vai has always been tomboyish and was in a love
with a delicate boy who was 5 yrs younger than her. Vai wanted him
to be her wife and he refused it in the last moment. Vai was
expressing her fallings she said Mrunal you are as good as my wife
are you not? I could understand that she was drunk. But actually
she was correct I was like her wife who cooks and cleaned the
house for her. Only difference is that I do not wear feminine
clothes. Vai continued saying that I was perfect wife I had
dressed like one. Saying that she looked in my eyes and she could
see my excitement. Vai requested me to just try once as she waned
to see me as female. She begged me and I could not refused rather
I did not want to refuse. I said let me try just for once and Vai
jump with joy. I went in my room and wore black sari.

My life
It has been five years now. I can still remember my first meeting
with Charu. It was Sunday the day when I allow my Alter ego come
out. I was dressed in light blue saree and was wearing all
appropriate accessories to go along with the same. There was
roomer in air that I am interested in getting married and
occasionally I use o get calls from girl’s parents to check my
interest i would normally refuse as i am a cross dresser and not
interested such advancements. It was Charu who came straight to my
residence on that Sunday and caught me off grade. Surprisingly
enough she was dressed as a man and introduced herself as brother
of the girl.
I had no choice but to continue pretending the girl because the
way I was dressed. I asked Charu if he would come in for a cup of
tea she accepted my invitation and joined me. I pretended to be my
own sister and started preparing tea for Charu. I brought two cups
of tea and few biscuits for Charu. Charu was very handsome
especially with the moustache. Charu started enquiring me about my
brother Kiran as i was impersonating my sister Kamini. I told
Charu that Kiran is a nice man and one without any bad habits like
smoking or drinking. It was surprising for me that I was actually
entertaining Charu ideally i should tell her that Kiran is not
interested in marriage at this point of time and she should go.
Charu had something in her which stopped me from hooting her away.
All of a sudden my mobile rang and without realising anything i
replied my mobile as Kiran and that too in my male voice. I was so
embarrassed I immediately disconnected that call and apologise
Charu. Charu was actually looking happy. She told me that as i had
kept one secrete from her she had also kept one secrete from me.
She then said similarly like me she was also impersonating as her
brother actually she was Charu a biological girl who wanted to
check her would be husband. The sudden turn of events has
mesmerized me. This was the time when Charu took the lead she told
me that she has always been a tomboy and was finding it difficult
to go through the ceremony of ‘Vadhu Pariksha’. Surprisingly now
she like this ceremony and insisted that we should carry of
specially when she is the one who is Groom and I am the bride.
Charu indicated that during such functions grill makes some snacks
from her would be husband to display her cooking skills. I got my
signal I excused myself to make something special for Charu. I had
planned to have aloo parathas for my lunch and at that point those
were the only option available for me. I quickly rolled few
aparathas for Charu and serve them with mint chatni. Charu liked
my cooking very much and instantly proposed me she said I want to
marry you Kiran will you marry me? Like any girl I just blushed
and nodded my head in agreement.
Charu asked me what was plan for the rest of the day I said
nothing in particular she said great let us go out. I asked her if
she is asking me for a date. She said yes I am asking you for a
date. I said that is fine but I need some time to change. Charu
said that is fine provided that I am going to change in another
saree. I was shocked i told her that I can not come out in saree
she said what is wrong in that. Besides that I was not having any
choice. Charu had stuck her mustache with a strong adicive and
they will only come out in the night unless I want to go out as
two guys I must come out as girl.
This was a dream come true for me i was going to go out dressed as
girl with a girl dressed as a boy.
